Meghan Alber
Owner/Founder
Meghan is the Founder/Owner of Coast to Close, LLC and is committed to providing exceptional customer service to all clients during their real estate transactions. She has been a licensed Realtor and actively working in real estate since 2013.
Meghan began her real estate career in Charleston, SC, where she initially worked as a part-time marketing assistant. Within her first year, that role quickly evolved into a full-time assistant position and then sales agent. After gaining valuable experience on both the sales and administrative sides of the industry, she recognized that her impeccable attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills were strengths uniquely suited for transaction coordination.
In 2018, Meghan relocated to Wilmington, NC to be closer to her husband’s family. After spending a few months working in sales, she decided to fully pursue her passion for transaction coordination and founded Coast to Close. With her industry experience and strong professional network, the business quickly gained momentum, allowing the company to grow and the team to expand.
Meghan enjoys working alongside real estate agents to help streamline their processes, reduce stress, and ultimately increase their sales income so they can grow their businesses to their full potential. In her free time, you can find her on a boat or at the beach with her husband and daughters, having coffee (or wine) with friends, or walking her dog.

Nicole DeMarco
Transaction Coordinator
Nicole DeMarco began her real estate journey working in property management, where she first developed the interest for the industry. Quickly, she gravitated towards the sales side of real estate and started her path as a transaction coordinator. She immediately grew to love the behind-the-scenes work that goes into a real estate transaction and taking away the chaos that can occur during the contract to closing process. In her free time, if she’s not cooking, she’s focused on health and fitness along with her homestead.

Haley Leemhuis
Transaction Coordinator/Lead Listing Coord.
Haley Taylor first got into real estate by working as an inside sales agent while studying for her real estate license. Once she earned her license she then worked as a buyer’s agent for four years, where she fell in love with the industry and working with people one-on-one. She then ventured into a new challenge of working as an onsite sales assistant for a builder, which helped her realize her passion for being the “traffic controller” behind the deals. This led her to her current role as a transaction coordinator, where she finds fulfillment in helping other agents navigate through the home-buying/selling process. When she’s not working you can find her teaching fitness classes, cooking, boating, or spending time with her husband and two “dog-children.”

Allison Miraya
Transaction Coordinator
Allison began her real estate career in 2021 working in sales with both buyer and seller clients, along with assisting her fiancé in managing a couple of rental properties. However, it was in her role as a transaction coordinator that Allison really found her calling. She found that she truly enjoys being in a supporting role for agents and their clients, and helping everyone stay organized and stress-free throughout the transaction process. When she’s not working, you can find her on a bike, out for a run, reading, or spending time with her dogs, Lola & Ricky!

Kelcie Currie
Transaction Coordinator
Kelcie started her real estate career in 2018 as the executive assistant to a broker-in-charge and currently holds a real estate license in North Carolina. After a 2-year tenure in property management, she has re-entered the transactional side of real estate and enjoys running things behind the scenes to help agents achieve their goals. Outside of work, you can find her on the beach with her husband and two dogs (Cooper & Frosty), doing any type of physical activity, or traveling the world.

Megan Schwerin

Originally from Naples, Florida, Megan moved to Charleston in 1997 to attend the College of Charleston, earning a Business Administration degree with a minor in Health.
