Basic Listing Package

Behind the scenes admin support.Client and vendor communication not included.

Enter listing into the MLS (does NOT include writing the description).
Upload Photos provided by agent.
Upload Disclosures/Applicable Riders/Survey and/or Elevation Cert/Condo or HOA Docs.
Review and Submit Listing Documents to Brokerage.
Add Virtual Tour to MLS.
Set Up Online Showing System (Showingtime/Broker Bay) (Listing Agent to verify restrictions and preferences of Sellers).

Behind the scenes admin WITH client and vendor support.

Basic package PLUS:
Written MLS description
Help preparing/drafting listing docs and sending docs out for signature (listing agreement, disclosures, etc).
Communicate with seller
Collect documents from seller (survey, elevation certificate, etc)
Request Condo/HOA Docs and Condo/HOA contact information
Schedule photos and measurements
Email Seller MLS link when listing is live
