WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
Generally Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. We are closed nights, weekends, and federal holidays.
WILL I WORK WITH THE SAME TC EACH TIME?
Yes, you will have a designated TC. We do our best to keep all team members with the same TC as well.
WHAT IF I CANNOT FILL OUT MY INTAKE FORM?
Your TC can do it for you for an additional $25. You will need to provide the details by phone, email or text.
DO YOU CHARGE A FEE IF THE CONTRACT TERMINATES?
No.
DO YOU CHARGE A FEE IF THE LISTING CANCELS BEFORE GOING ACTIVE IN THE MLS?
No.
WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can pay by ACH, Venmo, Zelle, or check. If you prefer to pay by card there is an additional 2.99% fee.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE PAYMENT?
We send out all Quickbooks invoices on Monday’s for service payments due that previous week. Listing payments are due once coming soon/active in the MLS and closing payments are due at closing.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY TC GOES ON VACATION OR TAKES TIME OFF?
Another one of our team members will step in the cover your files.
DO YOUR FEES CHANGE FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION OR VACANT LAND?
No.
