Behind the scenes admin support. NO direct communication with clients or vendors.
- Enter listing into the MLS (does NOT include writing the description).
- Upload Photos provided by agent.
- Upload Disclosures/Applicable Riders/Survey and/or Elevation Cert/Condo or HOA Docs.
- Review and Submit Listing Documents to Brokerage.
- Add Virtual Tour to MLS.
- Set Up Online Showing System (Showingtime/Broker Bay) (Listing Agent to verify restrictions and preferences of Sellers).
Behind the scenes admin WITH client and vendor support.
- Basic package PLUS:
- Written MLS description
- Help preparing/drafting listing docs and sending docs out for signature (listing agreement, disclosures, etc).
- Communicate with seller
- Collect documents from seller (survey, elevation certificate, etc)
- Request Condo/HOA Docs and Condo/HOA contact information
- Schedule photos and measurements
- Email Seller MLS link when listing is live
